In February 2011 Forum purchased the vacant Cannon Knitting Mills, located in the Beasley neighbourhood of downtown Hamilton, Ontario.

This mixed-use redevelopment project is being delivered as a public private partnership with the City of Hamilton.

In June 2011, through a competitive RFP process, Hamilton Realty Capital Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Forum) selected David Premi Architects Inc. as lead designer for this transformative project.

Design and development planning work is underway and Forum anticipates that the project will be under construction through 2012.
